Privacy & Cookie Policy

Last updated: January 11, 2026

This Privacy & Cookie Policy explains what information InpaintHub (the “we” / “us”) collects when you visit inpainthub.com (the “Site”), why we collect it, and what choices you have. It applies to all visitors, including tool pages, review pages, and our Contact form.

If you are in the EU/UK, this policy should be read alongside the GDPR / UK GDPR.

Quick summary

  • If you contact us, we receive what you send (your message, and optionally your name/email) plus basic submission metadata (like time).
  • We use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam and abuse. We do not store Turnstile IP information in our own database.
  • We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the Site. For EU/UK users, analytics runs based on consent.
  • We do not sell personal information.
  • Contact form submissions are normally kept for up to 7 days, unless we need longer for legal reasons or a dispute.

2) What we collect

A) Information you send to us (Contact form)

When you submit our Contact form, we may collect:

  • Your name (optional)
  • Your email address (optional)
  • Your message content
  • Submission time (timestamp)

Please avoid sending sensitive information through the form (e.g., government ID numbers, health information, or precise location data).

B) Analytics data (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to understand things like:

  • Which pages are visited
  • Roughly how visitors move through the Site
  • Device/browser information
  • Approximate location/language (as provided by Google)

Google Analytics usually relies on cookies or similar technologies.

C) Security / anti-abuse (Cloudflare Turnstile)

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help filter spam and automated abuse (for example, repeated bot submissions).

Important: We do not store Turnstile IP information in our own database.

D) Newsletter / subscriptions (only if we add this in the future)

If we add an email subscription/newsletter later, we may collect:

  • Email address
  • Subscription time
  • Unsubscribe records

You’ll be able to unsubscribe at any time.

3) How we use information

We use collected information to:

  • Reply to your message (if you provide an email address)
  • Keep the Site secure and reduce spam/abuse
  • Understand and improve the Site (analytics)
  • Handle legal/compliance matters (for example, disputes, takedowns, or rights requests)
  • Send subscription emails (only if you opt in and only if we launch such a feature)

4) Legal bases (EU/UK only)

If GDPR/UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on the following legal bases:

  • Contact form: legitimate interests (responding to requests) and/or steps taken at your request
  • Security/anti-abuse (Turnstile): legitimate interests (protecting the Site)
  • Google Analytics: consent (where required, including EU/UK)
  • Newsletter (future): consent
  • Personalized advertising (future): consent

5) Cookies & similar technologies

Why we use cookies

We use cookies (or similar technologies) for:

  • Strictly necessary purposes (security/anti-abuse)
  • Analytics (to understand usage and improve the Site)

Cookie categories

  • Strictly necessary cookies (security features)
  • Analytics cookies (Google Analytics)
  • Advertising cookies (only if we add advertising in the future)

6) Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information with service providers that help us run the Site, including:

  • Google (Google Analytics; and potentially AdSense in the future)
  • Cloudflare (Turnstile and site infrastructure)

We may also disclose information if required by law, or if needed to protect users, the Site, and our rights (for example, fraud or abuse investigations).

7) Where data is stored & international transfers

Storage

Contact form submissions are stored in our Cloudflare D1 database (and supporting infrastructure used to operate the Site).

International transfers

Because we use providers like Google and Cloudflare, information may be processed outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections used by these providers). You can learn more in the providers’ own privacy policies (see links below).

8) How long we keep data

Contact form

We keep Contact form submissions for up to 7 days, unless we need to keep them longer to resolve a dispute, enforce our policies, or meet legal obligations.

Analytics

Analytics retention depends on our Google Analytics settings and Google’s systems.

Newsletter (future)

If we launch a newsletter, we keep subscription details until you unsubscribe, and then delete or anonymize the data within a reasonable time.

9) Your privacy rights

If you are in the EU/UK, you may have rights such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability (where applicable), and the right to withdraw consent.

If you’re elsewhere, you can still contact us and we’ll try to help (for example, deleting or correcting information we can reasonably identify).

Note: If you did not provide an email or other identifier, we may not be able to locate past Contact messages—especially given our 7-day deletion policy.

To make a request, email [email protected].

10) Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. That said, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

11) Children’s privacy

The Site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.

12) Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites and tools. We’re not responsible for how those third parties handle privacy. Please review their policies before using their services.

13) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when changes take effect. For major changes, we may post a notice on the Site.

14) Contact

For privacy questions, email [email protected].

If you’re sending a rights complaint or takedown request, using a subject like [Privacy] or [Copyright] helps us route it faster.
