Contact form submissions are stored in our Cloudflare D1 database (and supporting infrastructure used to operate the Site).

Because we use service providers such as Google and Cloudflare, data may be processed in countries other than where you live. We rely on our providers’ applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses), as described in their policies.

8.1 Contact Form Data

We retain Contact form submissions stored in our database for up to 7 days, unless longer retention is necessary to handle disputes, enforce our policies, or comply with legal obligations.

8.2 Analytics Data (Google Analytics)

Analytics retention follows our Google Analytics settings and Google’s retention mechanisms.

8.3 Newsletter Data (If Applicable)

If a newsletter is offered, we retain subscription data until you unsubscribe or it is no longer needed to provide the service, after which it will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.
